How We Use Your Data

This page explains, in plain terms, what data Video Editor handles when you use it. It covers the footage you upload, the prompts you write, and your account.

Review before publishing

This is a starting template, not finalized legal text. Have Fozmu's legal / privacy contact review and adjust it (retention periods, processors, and jurisdiction) before relying on it publicly.

What we collect

DataWhy we collect it
Uploaded video/audioTo process and render the edits you request
Prompts & edit historyTo apply your changes and let you undo/redo
Account info (email)To sign you in and save your projects
Usage analyticsTo understand feature use and fix problems

How AI processing works

When you ask for an AI edit, your footage and prompt are sent to our processing service to generate the result. We use this data only to produce your edit.

  • We do not sell your footage or prompts.
  • We do not use your private footage to train public models without your explicit opt-in.
  • Processing may run on trusted third-party infrastructure (for transcription and rendering) under data-processing agreements.

How long we keep it
